최근 가상화폐 투자를 하며 큰 손실과 심리적 부담을 겪고 있습니다. 이는 레버리지 거래와 무리한 욕심에서 비롯된 문제로, 누구나 한번쯤 겪을 수 있는 어려움입니다. 이런 상황에서는 감정을 정리하고 잠시 시장에서 물러나 마음을 재정비하는 것이 중요합니다.

안녕하세요.

처음 글을 올려봅니다. 크게 기대하진 않지만, 더 이상 잃을 것도 없어서 솔직하게 제 상황을 이야기하려 합니다.

간략히 말씀드리면, 요즘 상황 때문에 정신이 조금 흐트러졌습니다.

몇 년 전 레버리지 거래를 하다 계좌를 전부 잃고 다시 하지 않겠다고 다짐했었는데, 지난주에 SPX6900이라는 밈코인에 숏 포지션을 열었습니다. 비트코인이 떨어지면 쉽게 딸 수 있을 거라고 생각했죠. 하지만 욕심이 생겨 익절하지 못했고, 손절가를 계속 미뤄 결국 거의 포트폴리오 전액 청산 직전까지 갔습니다.

왜 이 거래를 시작했는지 잘 모르겠습니다. 10월 10일 이후 스팟 포트폴리오가 많이 하락한 걸 보고 순간적으로 약해진 마음이었거나, 혹은 전혀 위험 관리를 하지 않은 욕심 때문인 것 같습니다.

이런 상황에 어떻게 대처해야 하는지, 마음을 어떻게 다시 정비해야 할지 조언을 구하고 싶습니다.

거의 무너진 기분입니다. 2016년에 비트코인과 이더리움을 사면서 가상화폐 시장에 입문했는데, 저의 저축을 많이 투자했음에도 큰 손실을 보고 있습니다. 알트코인과 욕심, 어리석음이 겹친 결과인 것 같아 이제는 완전히 이 영역에서 손을 떼야 할 때인 것 같습니다.

솔직히 이건 가상화폐 문제라기보다 심리적으로 흔들린 상태, 즉 '틸트' 문제 같아요. 대부분 사람들이 언젠가 겪지만 이렇게 솔직하게 말하지는 않죠. 손절가를 계속 미뤄가며 버틴 게 변곡점입니다. 그때부터는 거래가 아니라 이미 벌어진 일을 되돌리려는 시도가 됩니다. 저도 그런 경험이 있는데, 해결책은 더 좋은 기회를 찾는 게 아니라 잠시 떨어져서 생각을 정리하는 거였어요. 그 상태에서는 선택이 아니라 반응만 하게 됩니다. 꼭 가상화폐를 완전히 그만둬야 한다는 뜻은 아니지만 다시 그런 상황에 빠지기 전에 제대로 마음을 가다듬어야 한다는 의미예요. 그 상황에 있을 땐 영원할 것 같지만 실제로는 그렇지 않거든요.

Honestly this doesn’t read like a “crypto problem” to me… it reads like a tilt problem.

And I honestly don’t mean that in a harsh way - most people hit that phase at some point, they just don’t talk about it this openly.

That part where you said you kept pushing your stop further and further… that’s usually the shift. It stops being a trade and turns into trying to undo what already happened.

I’ve been there as well… and the only thing that actually helped wasn’t finding a better setup, it was stepping away long enough to reset how I was making decisions.

Because when you’re in that state, you’re not really choosing anymore… you’re reacting.

Doesn’t mean you need to quit crypto entirely, but it probably does mean you need a proper reset before putting yourself back in that position again.

These phases feel permanent when you’re in them, but they’re not… they just don’t fix themselves while you’re still in the same loop!

Trading is one of, if not the most complex aspect of digital assets, it has nothing to do with you specifically but a human problem. Trading is like gambling and the house [platform you are trading on] will always win. The only reason I am still here is because I figured this out early in the cryptocurrency space when things started to have a positive look. Take the top people who are exposed to digital assets as an example; Elon Musk, Michael Saylor, CZ etc... They don't trade, instead they hold assets, invest in projects that align with their interest... For over a decade now, my focus is contributing to startups and community development. Might not be the richest kid in the block, but I don't get agitated due to market volatility and that for me is a huge win.

레버리지가 문제입니다. 저도 2018년쯤 은 가격이 14달러 정도일 때 태양광 프로젝트 때문에 떨어지지 않을 거라고 생각하고 콜옵션을 많이 샀는데, 역사상 큰 폭락이 와서 하루에 1만 4천 달러를 잃었어요. 그 이후로는 옵션 매도만 하고 있습니다.

Leverage is your problem. I did the same thing with silver in ~2018 at ~$14 bought a bunch of calls thinking it can't go down with all the solar projects. Then came came one of the biggest percentage drops in history costing me $14K in one day. Since then I only sell options.
