제 생각에는 전혀 긍정적이지 않습니다. 오히려 시장이 이미 하락하기 시작한 것 같아요. LUNR와 Planet Labs는 대규모 희석을 발표했고, ASTS는 Blue Origin의 문제로 발사장을 잃었으며 RKLB도 같이 떨어지고 있습니다. 이제 시장은 도박판 같아요. 투자자들이 이런 약속과 희석에 지쳐가는 시점인 것 같습니다.

In my opinion: Hell no it is definitely not bullish, I think the whole thing has started to crash unfortunately. LUNR and Planet Labs already announced big dillutions, ASTS lost a launch pad thanks to Blue Origin BULLSHIT ASS behaviour and RKLB is sinking with them because why not?? Market is a casino at this point.... At one point, traders and investors simply become too tired of all these promises and dillutions.

사람들은 SpaceX를 싫어한다고 하면서도 하루에 50개씩 관련 글을 올리네요.
'기존 투자자들이 드디어 분산 투자하며 소매투자자에게 고점에서 매도할 것'이라 주장하지만,
락업 기간이 얼마나 되는지 궁금합니다.
저도 SpaceX에 관심은 없지만 IPO 당일 망할 거라는 확신은 반대로 느껴집니다.

탈출 유동성이 있다고 해서 반드시 신규 투자 관심을 넘어서진 않습니다. 다른 과대 hype된 IPO들을 보면 보통 1년 내 단기 호황 후 하락하는 경향이 있죠. 단기에 밸류가 오를 가능성이 있다면 바로 매도할 이유가 없습니다. SpaceX 주식을 파는 사람마다 대기 중인 5명의 매수자도 있고, VC가 많이 가지고 있다고 해도 바로 현금화하려 하지 않습니다. 현금화하면 지분 통제력이 떨어지기 때문입니다. 과거에도 큰 기관투자자들은 IPO 후 바로 매도하지 않고 장기 투자를 믿었습니다.

For a few reasons, just because the exit liquidity exists doesn't mean it outweighs new investor interest. Looking at other IPS's that are hyped they typically see a short boom before bust within the first year, why sell immediately when youre likely to increase your valuation in the short term. For every seller of spaceX stock there are 5 wall street bets buyers waiting to take those shares. Also just because some VC firms have large stakes doesn't mean they want to cash out, cashing out means loosing control. In the past we dont really see these large institutional investors sell out after IPO, they believe in the longer term of their investment.

From a narrative perspective, absolutely. However, there's a lot of different ways to look at this. You can invest directly in major players like SPCX, RKLB, etc. or you could put some attention on the downstream players/industries as well. Supporting industries: Digital infrastructure & AI, energy & power, robotics, etc.

시장 타이밍을 맞추는 건 무모하지만, 머스크나 알트만에 대한 반감으로 위험을 감수하는 사람들도 있습니다.
주식은 본래 FCF(잉여현금흐름) 현재가치 기준이어야 하지만 테슬라 같은 사례가 이를 부정하기도 하죠.
공급과 수요가 여전히 중요한 요소입니다.
데이터센터에 대한 불호, 머스크에 대한 반감, 나스닥의 SpaceX 조기 상장 불만 등으로 공급과 수요가 AI 중심에서 벗어나 가격 하락 압력이 생길 수도 있습니다.
저만 VTI와 QQQ에서 빠져나와 VOO, VXUS, 균등가중 RSP 등을 보는 건 아니겠죠.

i know it is foolish to time the market, but i am willing to spend or risk missed gains to piss on musk or altman.

stocks are or should be based on the pv of fcf BUT things like Tesla disprove this.

supply and demand is still a major factor.

With the growing distaste for data centers, the growing dislike of musk et al, the growing anger at Nasdaq for letting spacex in early, the supply and demand dynamics could easily start to shift away from the AI heavy stuff and create downward pressure on price even if the results stabilize.

I don't think I'm the only one yoloing out of vti and qqq and just looking at voo, vxus, and equal weighted stuff like rsp.

Only if you believe in massive "cash on the sidelines". Even if you do, those safer investors are going to wait months after the IPO to buy. More likely you'll see broad profit taking on all the stocks that mooned
