증명할 수는 없지만 Reddit이 직접 이런 글을 만들거나 글을 끌어올려 사용자들이 주가를 올리게 하는 게 아닌가 하는 생각입니다.

My theory that I can't prove is that Reddit itself is creating these posts like OPs and/or bumping them so the users will pump the stock

자체 LLM을 만드는 건 비용이 너무 많이 들어서 아닐 것 같아요. 그래도 RDDT는 가치도 좋고 제품도 괜찮다고 생각합니다.

I doubt it creates its own LLM, would be too capital intensive to be worth it. But I do like RDDT, I think it’s good value, great product.

Reddit 데이터 비용을 지불하는 곳은 구글과 오픈AI뿐인데, 계약 연장 여부나 필요한 데이터는 이미 다 가져갔는지 모릅니다. 이 기회가 생각보다 크지 않았던 것 같아요.

Only Google and OpenAI are paying for Reddit data. We don’t even know if they’ll renew contract or if they’ve scraped what they’ve needed to train their LLM’s. I think this narrative was overblown and never as big of an opportunity as we investors were led to believe.

Reddit 운영은 허술하고 권력 남용하는 관리자가 많으며, 봇들이 거의 매일 여러 커뮤니티에 같은 글을 올립니다. X, 페이스북, 인스타그램이 훨씬 낫죠. 물론 그쪽도 봇 문제는 있지만 Reddit과는 비교도 안 되고, 훨씬 자연스러운 소통이 이뤄지고 있어요.

Reddit is ran by buffoons, moderated by power-tripping basement dwellers, and full of bots who repost the same shit across multiples subs almost daily. X, Facebook, Instagram are all leagues ahead. Yeah, admittedly they have their own issues with bots, but nowhere near to the exact same extent or proportion, and they have far more organic interaction than Reddit, and that’s just the social media aspect to them…
