unless you are consistently tracking the reasons and plans for a potential trade, the actual trade taken, and how it played out, how are you going to improve?
too many people look for lessons from other people (youtube, social) when the only way to improve your own trading is from your own results.

그런데 숫자는 무슨 일이 일어났는지 알려줄 뿐, 왜 그런 일이 일어났는지는 항상 알려주지 않습니다.
손실 거래도 좋은 거래일 수 있고, 수익 거래도 잘못된 판단일 수 있어요.
최근에는 왜 진입했는지, 내 프로세스를 지켰는지, 기다림이 있었는지, 감정이 개입했는지 같은 부분에 더 집중하고 있습니다. 돌이켜보면 가장 큰 실수들은 분석의 문제라기보다 실행의 문제였어요.
수익과 손실 기록은 성과를 측정하는 데 도움이 되고, 생각 과정을 기록하는 건 진짜 개선할 부분을 찾는 데 도움을 줍니다.

For a long time my journal was mostly focused on the accounting side of trading. Entry, exit, risk, profit, loss, win rate, things like that.
What I've started realizing is that the numbers tell me what happened, but they don't always tell me why it happened.
A trade can lose money and still be a great trade. A trade can make money and still be a terrible decision.
Lately I've become much more interested in tracking things like why I entered, whether I followed my process, whether I was patient, and whether emotions influenced the decision. Looking back, most of my biggest mistakes weren't analysis mistakes, they were execution mistakes.
The P&L helps me measure performance. The thought process helps me identify what actually needs to improve.
