수익은 수익입니다. 로빈후드에서 20달러로 거래하는 게 모의투자보다 수익을 더 빨리 얻을 수 있죠. 모의투자가 가치 있고 배우는 데 좋다는 건 맞아요. 하지만 시작 자본이 크면 잃는 돈도 그만큼 크다는 점도 알아야 합니다. 저는 지금은 금액보다 수익률에 더 집중해요. 1달러로 5% 수익 내면 5센트지만, 1000달러로 5% 수익 내면 50달러죠. 작은 금액으로 시작해서 키워가는 게 중요합니다. 작은 계좌도 키우지 못하면 큰 계좌는 절대 키울 수 없어요.

Gains are gains. Trading with 20 bucks on robinhood is faster gains then paper trading. Don't get me wrong paper trading is valuable and a good way to learn. My point is the amount you start with will be the amount you will lose. That is tell you know how to get gains and keep them. I stopped looking at the dollar amount and only at the %. 5% gain on a dollar trade is only 5 cents but only cost me a dollar. That same 5% gain on 1000 dollar trade is 50 bucks buy with 1k on the line. Start small and grow. If you cant grow a small account you will definitely not be able to grow a bigger one.

5 year trader here. I paper traded for two years. Year three I started with a cash account of $500 when I went live. Of course, I blew up a couple of my accounts, but eventually after refining my strategy, I built my capital up to the point where I don’t need margin.(to me,trading with margin felt like I was just working for someone with someone else’s money.) Some need it, some don’t. But it took me 2 more years to accumulate my capital. Good day to you, sir!

무엇을 거래하는지, 경험이 얼마나 있는지에 따라 다릅니다. 무조건 많을수록 좋지만, 외환이나 선물 거래를 한다면 최소 5,000달러 정도는 있어야 버틸 수 있고, 20,000달러 이상이면 이상적이에요.

Depends on what you trade and how far in your careers you are the more the better obviously but if you trading forex of futures you can have a decent Cushion with a bare minimum of 5,000 but 20,000 and up is ideal

처음부터 수익만 생각하면 완전히 잘못된 생각이에요. 초보일 때는 시스템을 따르고, 스스로를 통제하며, 리스크를 정해 제대로 거래하는 걸 증명하는 게 목표입니다. 만약 이걸 해낸다면 100달러로 시작해 한 달에 50달러를 벌든 상관없어요. 제대로 할 줄 알고 작은 계좌도 키울 수 있다면, 나중엔 큰 계좌도 키우면서 자연히 수익도 늘어나죠. 10번 연속 손실도 견딜 수 있는 자본을 목표로 하세요. 예를 들어 MNQ 트레이딩이라면 20포인트 손절을 기준으로 1계약만 쓰고 약 800~1,000달러 정도 필요합니다. 이걸 견뎌내고 이익까지 내면 점점 계좌를 키우면 됩니다. 그러나 무조건 수익만 생각하지 마세요, 승리와 규칙 준수가 먼저입니다.

So off the bat you're thinking about it entirely wrong. You don't think about this in terms of gains especially when new, your goals is to prove to yourself you can follow a system and control yourself and take a proper trade with a specified risk. If you do this successfully, it doesn't matter if you only started with $100 and made $50 that month profit. Once you know what youre doing and can prove to yourself you can grow a small account then you can in theory grow much larger accounts and the GREATER PROFIT COMES ALONG AUTOMATICALLY FOR THE RIDE. Try doing this, aim to have enough where you can sustain 10 losses in a row with each trade giving a 20 point stop loss with a fixed risk. Look for 2× your max expected drawdown so you're not trading on fumes psychologically or getting margin-called. That puts you at: MNQ: ~$800–$1,000 using ONLY 1 contract with a 20 point stop in any trade you take. Prove you can handle that and make profit then go to 2 micros then 3 etc. But ffs whatever you do stop thinking about profit, profit aint shit if you can't win and be disciplined.

I would suggest before you start with any capital you first need to learn a strategy and master it with paper trading. Break and retest strategy and trading with multiple confluence is my main strategy I look for. I designed my own trading view indicator that I use daily to mark confluence levels, I wait for a break and retest, multiple confluence (marked by my indicator), and price action to support entering a trade. Once you master a strategy, confluence, and price action you are ready to start trading with real capital.
