That’s what happens when there is global conflict, speculative/Tech/AI stocks get hit the most because they carry the most volatility/systematic risk. A drop in the s?6p500 by 1-2% can equate to a drop in a particular stock by 10% purely depending on the sector they are in. When things get tough in the market people put their money into bonds/or fundamentally sound stocks.

The market has been going down since the fake job numbers, just invest in value blue chips and hold. If you're upset about the state of the market right now, you're either short term holding and dumping for tiny profits, or a completely new entrant. The stock market carries a lot of short term risk. Do your research and buy companies you know will be around forever and have a high book value relative to it's price.
