트레이딩을 하는 여성분들과 교류하는 게 큰 힘이 됩니다. 남성 중심인 환경에서 같은 입장인 여성들과 의견을 나누고 함께 성장하는 것이 중요합니다. 같은 고민을 나눌 수 있는 여성 트레이더분들의 연락을 기다립니다.

트레이딩은 외로운 작업일 수 있는데, 이 분야에서 여성분들을 만나기는 더더욱 어렵다는 걸 느껴요. 대부분의 커뮤니티가 남성 중심이라서 자유롭게 질문하거나 마음 편히 내 생각을 공유하기가 쉽지 않은 것 같아요.

저는 주로 NQ 데이트레이딩에 집중하고 있지만, 암호화폐, 외환, 지수 등 다양한 시장도 열려 있어요.

저는 아는 여성 트레이더들에게 여성 전용 또는 여성 중심 서버를 시작하자고 제안했어요. 아직까지 시작한 사람은 없지만, 제가 활동하는 프로프 회사 중심 트레이딩 서버에 여성 전용 채널이 있긴 해요.

I've suggested to a few women traders I know that they start a female only or female oriented server. sofar none have done so but i'm a member of one (prop firm focused trading) that does have a female only channel.

저는 여성은 아니지만, 제 지역에서 트레이딩 모임을 찾았어요. Meetup 앱을 써서 거래 모임이 있는지 확인해보고 거기서 여성분도 만날 수 있을 것 같아요.

Mmm not a female but I found a meetup trading group in my local city , maybe you could open up a meetup app and see if they have a trading meetup and potentially meet a girl at such event .

일반 소매 트레이딩 채널은 시끄럽고 자존심 강한 사람들이 많고, 비싼 지표 강좌를 팔려고만 하죠. 조용하고 집중하는 책임감 있는 그룹을 찾는 게 학습 곡선을 넘어가는 유일한 방법이에요.
좋은 그룹 찾길 바라요. NQ 트레이딩은 감정 조절이 정말 중요하고 맞는 환경이 큰 차이를 만듭니다.

I am not your target demographic here, but bumping this post for visibility because you are entirely right about the dynamic.

The usual retail trading channels are incredibly loud, ego driven, and filled with people just trying to sell an expensive indicator course. Finding a quiet, focused accountability group that actually cares about long term risk management is the only way to survive the learning curve.

Best of luck finding your group. Trading NQ requires serious emotional discipline, and having the right environment makes all the difference.

저는 남자인데 여성분들이 "데이트레이딩이 매력적이라며 자세히 알려달라"고 많이 물어요. 제가 시장 상황을 암호처럼 말하면 "숏을 우선하라고 하지 않았냐"며 반응하죠. 저는 뉴스 10분 전 원유 거래량처럼 신비롭게 이야기하는 중입니다.

I'm guy and women keep telling me "yea tell me more about daytrading oh its so attractive, please tell me more about how you traded the gap close back and forth and kept adding to your position on momentum" and then I say "yea bro when the wick is in sight, the longs shall come to light" and she goes like "you told me to prioritize shorts" and I said "I'm cryptic just like the CL volume 10 min before news"
