For breaking news, finviz.com [https://finviz.com](https://finviz.com) has a real-time news feed thats decent, and honestly just following @DeItaone on X gets you the market-moving headlines faster than most paid services.
The main thing early on is just knowing WHEN news drops, not necesarily reading every article. If you know NFP is at 8:30am Friday, you either sit out or position before it. That alone saves you from getting blindsided.
